Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Karsan Protection. Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 15 days of receiving your order only if:

  • You received a defective or damaged product.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is missing parts or accessories.

  • The product was damaged during shipping.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In its original condition.

  • Returned with the original packaging.

  • Returned with all accessories, manuals, and included items.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (Order ID or Invoice).


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Products showing signs of physical damage caused by the customer.

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.

  • Products returned after the 15-day return period.

  • Customized or special-order products (unless received damaged or defective).


3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order Number

  • Product Name

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

  • Description of the problem

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support.

  2. Provide your Order ID and issue details.

  3. Our team will review your request.

  4. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

  5. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your replacement or refund.


5. Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • If you paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), our support team will contact you to arrange the refund through bank transfer or another suitable method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Replacement Policy

We offer free replacement for:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Transit damage

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Missing parts (verified by our team)

Replacement is subject to product availability.


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return if the product meets the eligibility conditions stated in this policy.


8. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged product), Karsan Protection will bear the return shipping charges.

  • If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.


9. Inspection & Approval

All returned products undergo a quality inspection before a refund or replacement is approved.

Karsan Protection reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
