Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours after successful order confirmation and payment verification.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable), including tracking details if available.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within India are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 Business Days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–6 Business Days

  • Remote & Rural Areas: 5–8 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier partner, destination, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders across India through trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly mentioned on the website.


Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if available), allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Incorrect contact number

  • Refusal to accept the shipment

the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct delivery address

  • Landmark (if applicable)

  • Valid mobile number

  • Accurate PIN code

Karsan Protection is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information.


Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery:

  • Do not accept the package if the damage is significant.

  • Take clear photos of the package.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting photographs.

We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution if applicable.


Lost Shipments

If your shipment is lost during transit and confirmed by the courier partner, Karsan Protection will arrange either:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability), or

  • A full refund.


Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to dispatch every order within 24 hours, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier network disruptions

  • Strikes or transportation issues

  • Other unforeseen events beyond our control

We appreciate your patience in such situations.


International Shipping

Currently, Karsan Protection ships within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
